In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and data protection regulations, anyone may request the deletion of the personal data Alinero holds about them, in particular data received from Facebook and Messenger.
How to request the deletion of your data
- Send an email to donnees@alinero.com with the subject “Deletion of my data”.
- State your name as it appears on Facebook, the Facebook Page concerned and, if you have an Alinero account, its email address.
- We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you.
Which data is deleted
We delete the personal data associated with your account or your Facebook profile: access tokens, Messenger conversation identifiers (PSID), collected comments and contact details, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.
Disconnecting the Facebook Page
A merchant can also disconnect their Facebook Page themselves, in AlineroSold: “Change Page”, then the “Disconnect” button next to the Page.
Alinero then removes its app’s subscription to this Page’s notifications, then deletes the Page access token. From that moment on, Alinero can no longer read or publish anything on this Page. Orders already received remain in the merchant’s shop.
To also withdraw the permission given to Alinero on the Facebook side, open the Facebook settings, “Business Integrations” section, and remove Alinero.
