Protect your password
- choose a long, unique password, different from your other accounts;
- don’t share it with anyone, including members of your team;
- change it immediately at the slightest suspicion that it has been compromised.

Keep an eye on your logins
Regularly check the list of your active sessions and the login log in the “Security” area. Log out any session you don’t recognise and change your password if any activity looks suspicious.

Manage your team carefully
Only give agent access to people you trust and only to the shops they need. Remove the access of an agent who leaves your team without delay.

Beware of phishing
- Alinero will never ask for your password by email, SMS or phone;
- always check the website address (alinero.com) before logging in;
- don’t open suspicious attachments or links claiming to come from Alinero.

Secure your devices
Keep your phone and computer up to date, lock them with a code or biometrics, and avoid logging in from a public device or an untrusted Wi-Fi network.

Report a security problem
If you notice a vulnerability or suspicious behaviour, contact us immediately at support@alinero.com. Your vigilance helps keep the whole Alinero community safe.
