Commission: nothing to pay up to 20,000 TND
As long as the total of your orders received stays under 20,000 TND, you pay no commission. Beyond that, the commission is 0.3 % excl. VAT, i.e. 0.357 % incl. VAT, and it only applies to the part above this threshold. It is charged to your wallet when each order is received.
- The cumulative total is calculated per merchant, across all shops.
- The amount taken into account is the order total: products + delivery − discount.
- An order counts as soon as it is received, even if it is later cancelled or refused on delivery; the commission is then not refunded.
- Abandoned cart drafts (provisional order created when a customer enters their phone without submitting) do not count. If a draft becomes a real order, that order counts, once.
- Orders placed during a live (direct purchase, won auction, Facebook comment turned into an order) are orders like any other: they count towards the total and follow the same commission. An order born from a Facebook comment only counts once the customer fills in the order form or you confirm it; if it is dismissed or refused before that, it never counts.

Live shopping
No live-specific fee
An order placed during a live, whether a direct purchase, a won auction or a Facebook comment turned into an order, is an order like any other: it counts towards your total and follows the ordinary commission, 0.3 % excl. VAT only on the part above 20,000 TND.
- Starting a live is free, with no minimum balance: an empty wallet does not stop you from going live.
- Giveaways, scheduling and moderation: free.
- Facebook comment turned into an order: the order appears straight away in your space, but it only counts (and the commission only applies) when the customer fills in the form or you confirm it. If it is dismissed or refused before that, it never counts.

The prepaid wallet
The commission (live orders included), AI and the Image Studio are paid from a wallet in dinars, which you top up whenever you want.
- One wallet per account, shared between all your shops. The account holder pays, even when a team member uses a service.
- Top-up by bank card via Flouci, from 30 TND, with no ceiling. The top-up is a prepayment: VAT applies to each use, not to the top-up.
- The topped-up balance does not expire.
- The balance is neither refundable, nor convertible into cash, nor transferable. Only exception: if Alinero ends the service, the remaining topped-up balance is refunded to you (excluding the welcome gift).
- Low-balance alerts at 20, 10 and 2 TND, by notification and email.
- Invoices will be available in your merchant space.
And with a zero balance?
No overdraft for pay-per-use services: with a zero or negative balance, AI and the Image Studio are refused until the next top-up. Your shop stays online, your lives remain available and orders keep coming in. The commission remains due: the balance can go below zero, and your next top-up settles this amount first.
SMS and WhatsApp packs don't go through the wallet.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do I need to pay a subscription to use Alinero?
No. Alinero has no subscription, no plan and no trial period: sign-up, shops, products, orders and team are free, with no time limit. You only pay for the services you use, from a prepaid wallet.
When does the commission apply?
When the total of your orders received, across all your shops, exceeds 20,000 TND. The commission is 0.3 % excl. VAT (0.357 % incl. VAT) and only applies to the part above this threshold.
How much does an order placed during a live cost?
Nothing more than any other order: it counts towards your total and follows the same commission, 0.3 % excl. VAT only on the part above 20,000 TND. Starting a live is free and requires no minimum balance. An order born from a Facebook comment only counts once the customer fills in the order form or you confirm it; if it is dismissed or refused before that, it never counts.
Does a cancelled order count in the calculation?
Yes. An order counts as soon as it is received, even if it is later cancelled or refused, and any commission is not refunded. Abandoned cart drafts do not count, unless they become a real order.
What happens if my wallet is empty?
AI and the Image Studio are refused until the next top-up. Your shop stays online, your lives remain available and orders keep coming in; the commission remains due and your next top-up settles it first.
Can I get my wallet balance refunded?
No: the balance is neither refundable nor convertible into cash, but it does not expire. Only exception: if Alinero ends the service, the remaining topped-up balance is refunded to you, excluding the welcome gift.
Do SMS and WhatsApp credits expire?
No. Pack credits are attached to your account and do not expire. A failed sending is credited back to you.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding tax; 19 % VAT is added to each wallet charge and each pack. Topping up the wallet, on the other hand, is a prepayment without VAT.
