Giveaway rules

Giveaways are organised by ALINERO DIGITAL, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of TND 3,300, whose registered office is at 10 Rue de l'Île de Rhodes, 3ème étage Bureau A1, Immeuble Henda, 1053 Les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis, Tunisie (“the Organiser”), publisher of the Alinero Live app.

They take place during the lives of shops present on Alinero (“the Shop”). The Shop hosting the live chooses and supplies the prize, and hands it over to the winner under the conditions of article 7.

Participation is entirely free. No purchase, order, stake or payment is required to take part or to win. Ordering from the Shop does not increase the chances of winning.

• any natural person aged at least 18, with a delivery address in Tunisia;
• holding a valid, unblocked Alinero Live buyer account (real phone number);
• when the giveaway is marked “Réservé aux abonnés” (followers only), the person must follow the Shop in the app (a free action that can be undone at any time).

The following may not take part in a Shop’s giveaways: the merchant who runs it and their team members.

1. During a live, the Shop announces a giveaway: the app shows the prize, a countdown (from 30 seconds to 30 minutes) and the “Participer” (take part) button.
2. To take part, simply tap “Participer” before the end of the countdown. Each account counts as a single entry per giveaway, even if tapped several times.
3. The number of participants is shown during the countdown.

The winner is chosen at random by the Organiser’s servers, from all the recorded entries. Each entry has exactly the same chance of being drawn. Neither the Shop nor the Organiser can choose the winner.

The draw takes place automatically at the end of the countdown. The person hosting the live can also trigger it before the end of the countdown; it then covers the entries recorded at that moment. A giveaway with no participants has no winner.

The winner’s name, as it appears on their account, is announced in the live. The winner may also be informed by a notification if they have accepted notifications.

• The Shop contacts the winner by phone, on the number of their account, to arrange delivery of the prize.
• The prize is handed over free of charge: no price, delivery fee or any other payment may be requested from the winner.
• The prize is the one announced in the live. It cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into money.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the live despite several calls, or if they refuse the prize, the prize is forfeited.
• In case of difficulty (prize not handed over, fees requested), the winner writes to support@alinero.com: the Organiser intervenes with the Shop, which risks having its shop suspended.

The prize must be a lawful product, new or described as such. The following are forbidden as prizes: money, cards and vouchers convertible into money, cryptocurrencies, tobacco, alcohol, medicines, weapons and any product whose sale is prohibited.

Any attempted fraud (several accounts for the same person, automated participation, false number, collusion with the Shop) leads to the participant’s exclusion, the cancellation of their prize and, where applicable, the blocking of their account. The Organiser may cancel or interrupt a giveaway in the event of fraud, a technical problem or non-compliance with these rules; no compensation is due in that case.

To manage the giveaway, the Organiser records each account’s entry. Only the name and phone number of the winner are passed on to the Shop, solely for handing over the prize; their name is also shown in the live. Entries are deleted with the account. Taking part in a giveaway constitutes acceptance of these rules, which can be consulted at any time in the app and at alinero.com/app/reglement-giveaways. The Organiser may change them; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of the giveaway. These rules are governed by Tunisian law; failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
